Loring Towers currently has a waiting list for all of their floor plans. There is a waiting list, however we are accepting applications. No apartments are available for move in right now. Loring Towers is a pet-friendly, Section 8 community located in the historic city of Salem and only 15 minutes from Boston. Our apartments offer new energy-saving GE appliances, breakfast bars, separate dining areas, beautiful Oak cabinetry, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean! We have a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground, dual elevator service, laundry facilities, and a community center with a full kitchen. We are within walking distance of Vinnin Square and close to the Salem Waterfront. Income restrictions apply.
